Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Hisense account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device and securely pack it in the original box with all remotes, cables, and documentation.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
